Have not done some polymer clay cabs for a while, thought I make some today - but had to experiment of course.

I wanted to make a sun and moon - did that. Moon in various shapes and colors, and a moon with craters in it.

Then went on to do something I have not done before, used charms embedded in the clay, as well as a 12mm rivoli, and they came out quite well as well.

Now of course the sky is the limit!

All the cabs on this photo have been baked, but not glazed as yet.

  1. I like the idea of pressing the charms into the clay -- especially the heart charms -- do you have a plan for these already?

  2. Hi Bev,

See my subject disappeared, must have done something wrong when posting.

No, I have don't have any plans for the cabs with the charms in, do you have any suggestions? Tried it out to see if it works first, and have some more charms I can do in the same way on different color clay if necessary.
